What do I need for a quotation?

Can I inquire without drawings?
Yes. Start with a description, photographs and approximate measurements. The team can then discuss what further documentation and qualified design input might be needed.
Can RSE discuss renovation of an occupied property?
Yes. Explain which areas remain in use, access restrictions and allowed working hours. Safety, noise, dust control and staged work need specific consideration.
Are service descriptions guaranteed project inclusions?
No. The website describes common work types. The accepted quotation and signed contract define actual deliverables, exclusions, costs, warranties and responsibilities.
How are schedule and cost determined?
Site conditions, drawings, quantities, material specifications, labour availability, specialist approvals and procurement lead times can all affect a proposed programme or price.
What about structural design and regulatory approvals?
Engineering design and approval requirements depend on local regulations and the project. Where regulated work is involved, qualified or licensed specialists must review and sign off as applicable.
Can I send technical documents in the website form?
The form accepts written details, not file uploads. First send a short description and contact details. Sensitive drawings should only be exchanged through an agreed secure channel.
Does the website show verified completed projects?
Not at present. The project section explains representative categories and uses illustrative images. Verified case studies should be published only after the company supplies supporting details and permissions.
